but if we have a earth quake here or a real big natural diaster wiping out many lifes are we truely prepared with funding,hostipals,aid and housing,and the miltary to help out.do we have to ask for other countries to help us out.

I experienced a tremmor and a mini cyclone in evanston in grade seven,believe me when hit sheets of iron flew straight into windows and ripped the schoolhouse in half,all us kids were huddled under a table screaming for our mums,and dads and so dark teachers were scared to.we were all lucky.
